I have changed my ECS account in the month of December from Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) to Canerara Bank. My bank details are updated to Canera Bank as per Airtel back office/customer care.
But all my bills are still going to OBC. I called the call centre over 50 times. I always got the stock reply of getting new complaint ID and promise for resolution in 48 hours. Sofar nothing has happend. I am forced to maintain the OBC account by depositing some money every month to handle the Airte's reckless way of managing ECS.
