Charging Rs. 10 for WAP bullst

I am getting following message from 64611010:

Thanks for using Cricket Subpack subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been chanrged Rs. 10 http://igmobi.com

Is there anyway to unsubscribe this? I called 121 3 times to unsubscribe, they are saying it will be deactivated in 24 hours... but nothing happens.

If it is not possible to unsubscribe please let me know how to surrender the connection.
