Bad response from customer care

Hi Myself Swapnil Prakash Pednekar,

I did complaint that my incoming calls and sms are not working dated on 24 March. I got universal reply that your problem will be solved within 24hrs. But 96hrs passed but still there is no positive response from Airtel customer care. Within this period i did so many calls to customer care but they said the same thing. I did mail also. I got reply that my sms problem will be solved on 27 March and my incoming call problem will be solved on 1st April. I dont understand what the hell they are doing there. It is absolutely bad service they are offering to customer. If they are taking such a long time to solve customers problem then i must say that this is absolutely useless service they are offering. I am very disappointed with the customer care response.
