Error in network connection

The complaint is that i cannot make any calls nor can i receive... it says error in network connection.

i try a number for thousand times then only it connects but gets dissconected in 8 secs on its own...

cant even receive calls...

now this is a major problem as i cant even call 121 to lodge a complain...

my number is 9970041583... pune... viman nagar..

please solve the problem
