Airtel deficiency in services

Hi

I have taken Airtel Corporate connection through HCL technologies.

I asked then to change billing addresses to Home address instead of office office. I have submitted all required documents and all and even address verification has been done. I am also using its Broadband connection also.from last two monthsi am not able to make outgoing call despite of serveral reminder to Airtel office wasting time to talk to Customer Care because some times they are disconnecting the phone. I am really in mental tention as my number 9971868811 has been distributed among lots of people.so many times i been to Airtel office but always they are pretending and throwing ball to other's.

I want to go in court.

Please advice.
