I have a problem for the past two three yrs since I bought airtel prepaid card... I am currently in budget double plan and willing to change it to talk more plan.. I asked to customer care and they said I should first change to budget plan and then only to TM plan... I sent the appropriate SMS required to change the plan. Still it is in the same budget double plan... Can anyone say how to get rid of this plan???!!!
