I had a postpaid no from Airetel (9818757970). I disconnected the no 3 months back but I had paid an extra amount of Rs 500 against the no earlier. I was told that the amount will be refunded back to me via checqe but i never got the amount back.
I had to call Airtel 10 times in the first place to get the no disconnected. They took 1.5 months to disconnect the no and the billing continued till then since i already had paid extra amount. Its more than 2 months after disconnection and i have not recieved the amount back.
Every customer care executive has a differebt story to tell, their is no coordination, no process. Rs 500 is not a big amount but the amount of frustration it causes the customers to call their customer care and get a work done is terrible.
