i have recharged 120 rupees on 10-04.& again i have recharged 120 rupees on 11-04. i lost all my balance on11-04. again i have recharged 60 rupees on 11-04 & again i lost myall balace. i already taking with your customer care .they are not giving any solution. they are saying that u make some international call... but i have not call any where. plese understand my problem...
and your customercare executives are misbeave me... they have no idea how to taking with customer..barik, shib sankar, asis, ratirangan all are misbehave me..&they are not fit for airtel.
please sir understand my problem, i already lost 300 rupees, ..,., .
