Change of my bill plan

Dear sir/madam,

my no is 9892973990, i would request you to kindly change my billing plan as my bill is increasing every month, i require airtel retail plan which has rental of rs 150 per month and their r no clip charges as mention in website, but when i called at customercare n spoke to one of your agent they said 75rs extra for clip charges, kindly clear this confusion n let me know best billing plan.
