Airtel: Bad Service

I took a new Airtel pre paid connection and give all my papers to the vendor who promised me that it will activate in a few hours. It has been more than 2 days now since I am waiting for the activation. The shopkeeper, from whom I bought the connection finally after much insistence from me, passed on the number of the Airtel dealer who was responsible for getting connections activated. When I called the dealer, he is feigning ignorance and he keeps telling me he has submitted all papers he received to Airtel. Now I am stuck between the shopkeeper and the deale
