I had changed my communication billing address. The executive has gone to some another address and given feedback to airtel office of wrong verification. I am saying wrong address because it has been mentioned that executive has met my wife who is out of town for more than a month. I have loadged complaint many times but no action has been taken. My outgoing calls are now barred since 7 april 09.Everytime i am calling then a new date is given to me saying that exexutive will come on this date and then keep waiting for him. I have received airtel bill with this new communication address. If address has not been verified then how can they send bill on this new address.my contact no is 9717822888.
