I[ 9007728502] have availed the mobile office service on 7th of April on paying Rs 35/- on a airtel connection after that I was trying to connect it through my laptop wchich I was unable to connect even the support given by coustomer care when I fade up with trying to coonect it Laptop I started surfing from PDA only after 5 minutes surfing I found that the net is not working.
I have tried for 3 hrs to again recnonect the net and had also tried to communicate to coustomer care service. I am very sorry to say that I had not got the line even after my 3hrs of frantic effort, my whole night goes in vain while doing all this.
In the morning 6 am I receive a sms that my mobile office service had been activated and again they deduct the charge after that also I try to connect to net it was not working. So my Rs 70 had been stolen away by the co. without given any service.
I can not say that co. has not given me nothing ofcourse they had spoiled my whole night make me irritated and as a gift of the 8th morning deduct the charge of Rs 35 withot providing any service.
I am still trying to contact coustomer care but not able to do so.
