This is bring to the notice the fact that..Airtel and it agent are the biggest cheaters in the mobile service providing industry. I filled up the details for migrating from prepaid to postpaid service and I paid for it for the initial deposit at Indira Nagar 100 feet road, Bangalore airtel service center. It should take at the max 2 weeks time.. and it is more than 2weeks time. Their verification agent came to my rented house for address verification and went after doing it. before this verification he called and I was in office, I told him he can come to office, he said no, he will come to house I gave him time to come at house.
Till this time niether the my service got migrated to postpaid nor I was given call. When I enquired at service center, they are telling "your request is rejected on the grounds of office (work place) verification. and their agent came to my office to enquire about me and he was told nobody by my name work in my company" which is a total lie from Airtel agent's part. This is these airtel and it's agent's modus operandi to irritate and waste customers time and money. I don't know whom to raise my concern. There should be some law to protect the customers from this kind of frustrating, agonizing experience and make these organization to pay for their non professional, degrading service. Moreover their agents have one dialogue on their mouthpiece to say, it is not the fault of organization... rather customer. just like a tape recorder and arguing behaviour. No sense of responsibility and credibility towards customer.
WHO WILL GIVE ME JUSTICE HERE... IS JUSTICE ETERNAL DREAM A MIRAGE IN DESERT FOR THE CONSUMER AND CUSTOMER TO ACHIEVE IN THEIR LIFETIME... IN THIS COUNTRY...
IF THIS IS NOT CHECKED..THESE THINGS WILL KEEP HAPPENING..THESE ORGANIZATION SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL DEROGATORY SERVICE
