Debiting the account twice for payment of bill

Dear Sir,

I have a postpaid connection in Pune, mobile no. 9970944177. I had paid my march bill through internet banking for an amount of Rs.3535.11. When i processed the transfer, it said that the payment was not transferred. But the money was debited from my account. Unfortunately, I did the transfer again, as the payment was not completed and my account was debited twice and still my bill is not paid till date.

My due date is coming near and I am not getting any assistance from the airtel customer service at all. Please remit my money in my account asap.
