DEAR SIR/MADAM
I AM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID SINCE 2004 AND YESTERDAY LATE NIGHT MY SERVICES GOT DISCONNECTED LIKE CLIP & MOBILE OFFICE. AND I HAVE ALSO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY HAV NOT RECTIFY MY PROBLEM. SOME OF THEM SAYING IT WILL BE DONE BY 7 P.M AND SOME OF THEM IT BE DONE WITHIN 48 HRS.
KINDLY SEE THIS MATTER AS I AM LOOSING MY BUSINESS AND ALREADY LOOSED BUSINESS BY NOT CONNECTING TO INTERNET AND NOT GETTING CLIP.
