The airtel dealers just know how to make money on recharge coupons. They don't know the products they are selling. Amount is important, not what they are providing to the customer. And on top of it when u talk to customert care executive, they think they are right and consumers are wrong. Definetely some training required. I told the dealer to recharge with atalktime of 100 and they recharged a value voucher for which i have no use. The transaction ID as provided by the company was 460517084. The customer care executive has no way to rectify, blaming it on company policy. I hope action is taken as per the complaint.
