Complain for post paid connection cancellation

Dt.08/05.

I have close my post paid connection as on 06/12 from maninnagar airtel customer center (near l.g. corner) with all dues.(cash payment receipt no.29271 DT.06/12/08.) I have also card cancellation receipt.(receipt no. A005482) but company have not fufill their duties still toady. They have reactivated my card and send me the bill at my billing address.now also started a phone calls from customer executive and force me to paid the bill as soon as possible.
