I got a message on my airtel mobile on 20 may at 3:30 p.m that you are subscribed for HELLO TUNES. (please note that i had not asked to subscribe me for hello tunes). I immediately called the airtel customer care and unsubscribed the service. 5 minutes later i recieved a message that you have been charged Rs 20 for hello tunes. AIRTEL, please make a note of it that we are not fools or buffoons to take your prepaid service and tolerate all your nonsense. Do not try to be oversmart. Now, I want you to fix the problem and REFUND my money as soon as possible. If not, I would Be forced to go for a case against you in the CONSUMER COURT.
