Dear Sir / Madam,
This is regarding an Airtel Bill for which me and family have been
tortered.
Actually, previously I was using Airtel postpaid connection for Testing
purpose for Motorola Gurgaon. My number was 9818169302 . This number was
on my ID but all bills given by my company (Motorola) only. I closed this
number in 1st week of Dec-08 . My bills were clear at that time ..
After that in month of Jan-09 i got a call from Airtel side "That your
number (9818169302) is good and ur all bill was clear so pls start ur
number again". for which i denied the offer.
But since then, everymonth I get a call frm Airtel side that your
outstanding bill is 76 thousand . and you are in our diffaulter list. I
explained him all these things which i am writing in this mail and also
gave my Motorola manager's number who is responsible for bill payments.
But even after this, every month I get the call from Airtel and everytime
get a call from new one. If i unable to pick the phone, you people call my
family mambers which is indeed a torture
I am totally sick of it.
Kindly revert with the solution of this problem else I need to contact
Consumer court for this.
