Wrong bill strategy to make money

I have had enough of calling customer service for complaint and sending emails to MD and enterprise email id but no one is committing anything. Airtel is not sendings bills to my email account and they charged me late fee for past 6 months. I now getting bill through email and dublicate bill through currier but no one is responding upon late fee charged to my account which i am using for past 10 years.

aitel last complaint no is - 21671532. I know no one is going to responed so i would suggest everyone to shift from airtel asap. Vodaphone is still better.
