Lank calls

Hi,

Last week one person is just giving blank call to my sister lost

From that event on that number and if we pick up the number then also he speaks some irrelevant things.

And airtel can't block or filter out the number.

What should I do for this issue? because we can't give police complaint as the person may know her.
