Complaint on post paid migration

I had requisted airtel to my migrate my prepaid number to post paid, and I had submitted all documents on 25th April, it's already week over but still my post paid account is not activated, as airtel paople commited that this is going to be activated with in 48 hours of handovering documents and they are cherged rs 300/- as surety deposite, but no use...
