Airtel has got the worst customer service among all the service operators. Firstly, they deactivated my connection because I exceeded the call limit, without any warning or prior intimidation. Secondly when I try to contact them from my phone, they didn’t pick it up only. I then called them from my friend’s phone and they promptly picked it up. But again once they realised it was me, they disconnected it. It is like ‘you don’t pay us, now suffer’. This happened with some of my friends too
