Well. I got connected with Airtel fixed line phone connection (no 0452 4230010) and broad band service during last month. I was also availing International Subscriber Dialing facility for a few days. All of sudden I could not get ISD connection during last week. I made a complaint to the customer care (complaint no20303202) and could not get the complaint rectified even after one week. The reply from customer care is always false promise and unsatisfactory. It looks the company is not interested in the smooth functioning of the system to look after the service for the consumer after entering into the business. Regards.
