I have lodged a complaint many times by calling 121 that there is a major call dropping when I use this number from my residence starting from Sept 08 and evertime I got an assurance that problem will be rectifieced in 48 hrs, but till date this problem exist.

I want all my bill details regaring call dropping and the money extra paid by company to your organisation.

When today I again lodged a complaint the person who attended the call Mr Gurpreet said that complaint lodged was only in Sept 08. He refused to give call details and his senior's number but after lots of persuation he gave name of Mr Rohan Raman but did not connected him.

Because of this I have to use my landline excessively which hits my budget.

I looking for a resolution of complaint in next 48 hrs.
