This is to say that I Ashish Anand had lodged a complaint against ur device PLUG TO SURF for Internet connection. I was highly impressed with ur quick response but that time u asked me for the details. As since I was out for some work I couldnt provide u with the details so in this regard I would like u to call me again and please get the details.
I lodged a complaint regarding ur very slow network connection with a horrible speed of a maximum of 10kbps which is far slow than the speed (236kbps) told by u.
In this regard I would like you to take action against them or just reimburse my money Rs.3600/= as I am just depressed with ur speed and with the response that I got from the airtel distributor I think my problem wont be solved and my money is just wasted.
Kindly chek the details and take the required action.
