Dialer tone Deactivation

Hi

i have two airtel lines one is post paid and other one prepaid, for the post paid i activated the Dialer tone when i try to disable the caller tone i was not able to disable it. it asks me to follow the instruction whatever the way i do i was not able to deactivate the caller when i call the customer support they are giving the same option thro IVR to deavtivate the caller tone which 100% use less.. when i said her i did it already she was very rude n hung up the call..

now about my prepaid card i called the customer support to know the tariff details the reply from the customer support is send and SMS to a nuber to get the info and hung up the call.. what the hell those people are doing there.. Airtel they are money suckers. only reason for ppl to use airtel they gave the numbers to their clients else airtel will be out of the world long back
