Hi All,
I am using Airtel Postpaid Corporate plan (M-9731839839) since last one year.
Since last two month I have got new CUG plan from airtel.
Problem&1) Due to new CUG plan airtel has chagned the account number without informing to customer.
2) i am getting bill amount as Zero because airtel has not updated this new account number to there database due to that problem I am not getting bill amount but on there another data base which is pointing to new account number they are blocked my number for further outgoing.
3) I have spoken with airtel customer care executive for so many times even i have spoken to there manager they assured me to solve the problem But till date Airtel has not solve the problem...
Due to this problem I am not getting correxct information about my oustanding amount
