Unwanted WAS service

Hi,

My airtel number is 9860544240. I have been trying to stop this VAS service but still I am not able to. This is extremely disappointing. I have told to STOP service to 121. The 121 service is useless as it says that there is no service in my name and still I am getting cricket updates. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
