I am airtel customers with Airtell data card (No. 9967652393- ccount
Number - 109-101196309), since last five months.
Background
I am an airtel data-card customer since last five months. Since the time of connection only I am facing issues with the speed & vailability of connection and the services as a whole.
I have logged several complaints and have spoken with customer care infinite number of times but have not been heard so-far. I am paying INR 1124 /month (infinite download-No Cap service) as the services charges for the services availed by me but till now, I have not been able to get the transmitted volume more than 0.75 GB.
Please note that I have this airtel number as data card so, I am reachable on my alternate number but these tickets have been closed without even talking to me. [I checked and found that they were generally calling on my data-card number and close the ticket (I do not have any clue, how can some-one try on data card number)
Actions Taken by me:
1. Speaking to Airtel data card services several number of times.
2. Follow-up on the complaints raised by me. As I mentioned most of them got closed without speaking to me)
3. Tried reaching you to Nodal office & Appellate in Mumbai (Nos.
9987234865 & 9987244865 - As given in website for grievance) but no replies on the calls to these numbers also. [I am surprised].
Request for help by your forum please.
