This is venkatesh here from Bangalore. This is with regard to my land line no 08041671424 this problem is with regard to my Broadband connection earlier i was in the 799 plan with unlimited browsing and download. In the last week of may i called the customer care to check if i could get a better plan with higher speed. And then i was guided that i could go for a 1 Mb download speed with the same rental and with a limit of 8 GB download. I asked the customer support person will this 8 GB limit also include your browsing and the uploads. He told me that it would be counted only for the downloads and the browsing is free. I asked in twice and he was very much sure of that. So i got the plan activated from 1st June
To my surprise on the 26 June a received a bill for Rs 5115 I immediately called the customer care to check. When i got it checked for the details i was told that i have been charged for my Broadband usage.when i asked them for the details then i was told that i was been charged for the browsing, download and unloads. Then i told the customer care person that initially told that i would not be charged for the browsing and the uploads. So he lodged a compliant regarding the same and i was given with the complaint no 21503228
On the next day a executive had called me and was explaining that the error was not from their end. I was not agreeing with him so he told me that a senior person would call me then after few hours i got a call from Abhishek Anand called me and he was trying me explain during the when i was having my lunch so i asked him to call me after 10 min. And i didn't receive any call from him but the next day i received a MSG on my cell from Air tel telling that the compliant no 21503228 is been resolved. To my shock i called the Customer care i was answered my Ms Sowmya T N who told me that the compliant has been solved by Mr Abhishek Anand. How can he solve the issue without having it discussed it.
This is a complete fault from you guys because of giving me a wrong information so u have to bare the loss i would be paying you only the rentals and the call usage charges
