From last two months i am requesting for my pending April and May months paper bill. While contacting customer care they tells that bills delivered by them and received POD and till date i havnt received bills for April & May month. I told them to send me copy of POD so that i can know where they are delivering bills. They said they will not send copy of POD. I told them unless and untile i will receive bill i will not pay bills and late payment penelty on that. Now they are saying last 15 days that they have sent bill thru post and still i have not received. Even they dont have in their system my pending request number
Is there is any way to teach lesson to them? Other wise i have only one way to go for another service provider.
