Charging me the internet usage charges which I have not used

Dear Sir,

I am using a no. 9717033914 with a plan AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN

WITHOUT VOICE from last june. Since than I have not faced any

problem in any billing problem, as it is clearly mentioned in my plan 99

GPRS. I have take this corporate connection for GPRS purpose & it was told

me that you have to pay per month 99 tax thats all.

I have gone through the bill in which lot of unnecessary charges are added

which I have not used. You are requested to correct my bill as per the

scheme AIRTEL DATA CARD 99 GPRS PLAN WITHOUT VOICE.

I talk to 121 more than 50 times but nobody solve my problem. Than I went to

your service outlet at shahdara, they told me that only 121 can help me

out, but 121 is not helping me this matter. Complaint no. 22112744

Than I have talk to 7070 & they confirmed me that as per my plan my

maximum bill can't exceed 99 tax per month. The voice recording is

Second according to my plan the maximum bill be 99 tax. I am paying bill

in advance even than my no. is disconnected because of payment due.

From last 6/6 I am following this matter with AIRTEL but you people

are not least bothered about my complaint.

Now today I have receive a mail saying that the bill is o.k

I need your kind attention in this regard.
