Hello Sir,

I would like to bring this to your kind notice that I am quite frustated with Airtel's service. My number 995829844, which I bought inside my company then named XANSA was taken over by a comapny called Steria as so I aksed Airtel to change the name of the comapny and they asked me to submit the documents which I did and then they changed it. Now after 15 days or something my outgoing was barred and on asking why they said they have not recieved the documents, which is not the case as they would have never changed the name until they recieved the documents. Now even if I say please don't change the name of my company in my details, they say now it has changed and you will have to submit the document, which I have submitted via email attchment atleast 10 times. They have barred my number from incoming and outgoing both and I am helpless just thinking of giving up the services of Airtel but I want to teach them a lesson and don't want to let them do this with any other customer. Please help on priority.
