I am not getting response for my regular complaints in airtel customer care
my complaint is enclosed below
I am really very much surprised and annoyed with the response I am getting from the Airtel service.
I availed video download service( FHM video of the day from 54321) that used to charge me 5 Rs. Per day. The service was activated within no time. That’s great.
After using it for a week, I requested customer care executive to stop the service on 19/07/2009. I was assured that the service will be stopped within 4 hrs. Next day, I was charged again & the service was still active on my mobile. I contacted many a times, (on 22/07/09 ref nos. 940841279, 940853331, 940859198, on 28/07/09- 942823941) every time I was informed that the service will be stopped, but I found the request not being processed.
I had even stopped it by sending SMS to 121.
But I am not able to understand why the service gets re-activated on my mobile without my request.
You took no time to activate the service, then why are you taking so much of time to unsubscribe it.
I am really fed up with your response. I am feeling cheated by AIRTEL group.
Is this the way of dealing with your customer?
I am requesting you once again to stop it. Stop it Stop it .
I should not be charged from the day I informed you to stop the service.
