Ill paid but till date due amount reflecting

Dear Sir

I am using airtel post paid connection

On 27/07 at 8.15 pm i paid my bill amount Rs. 550 at that time executive given me recept of Rs550 dated 28/07 He ensure me that there will be no late bill charges. But till date that bill amount reflecting due.

I didnt get any massage of payment fdrom that people.

I paid the bill at Godhra

I have that receipt with me

I wish the sr people of airtel do the needful as soon as possible.
