Although i have already deactivated my mobile office service before 3 weeks by sending deactivation message, confirming it with reply message from airtel.
after 2 weeks of deactivation my prepaid balance started reducing, i.e 14.99 Rs daily, & till date it is reducing.
meanwhile i approach costomer care & launch the complaint.in between 10 days i launch the complaints approx.8 times throuh costomer care & two times at airtel gallary at mulund (mumbai-maharashtra).they told me that your complaint will be attended with in 24 hrs, but no action has been taken by them against my complaint up till now.
