I had bought an airtel data card (wireless internet broadband connection) last month.

- It does not work now because of data mismatch in the backend (operator mistake) they are not rectifying it after repeated complaints and not ready for a refund also.i paid2999rs for the data card and 1000rs as deposit.

-The speed claimed by airtel is 236kbps, but the speed never goes beyond 16kbps.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
