Bad Customer Service and Failed to provide DTH Service on the due date

Hi,

I called Airtel service to subscribe for DTH service and I was directed to Aman Telecom (Airtel DTH Distributor) on 6 Aug 09.I paid the an amount of 2500 and serial number 3110831751214129 was provided to with a promise of installation on 9/Aug/09 and when I called the distributor (Aman Telecom) I was given a run around.

Looking at the poor service I called Airtel customer and asked for a refund and gthey asked to me speak to the distributor, to which I said that i jusy want the money back and I am not interested in th service.

Looking for help.
