my name is raj.my problem is airtel gprs service. i faces problem of balence deduction 11/08/09 approx airtel charges me 287 for any of charge so call in customer care their agents ask me

day 1

first time sorry no update in system call after four hour // second call sorry sir no update then one agent make third class request belong to balence deduction ask me to call after 24 hour .then i m goes to gandhinagar branch airtel office they ask sorry no update.

day2

after 24 hour 8:30 am (bharti (superviser)) they ask the charges of airtel live 196.2 rs of surfing which thing can't use by me .she ask sir don't worry i make complain so you get your full balence refund or for other not updated amount i want to call letter.at this time i don't get request no

so i am calling at 10:00am (ranjan (superviser)) they ask the charges of airtel live 196.2 rs of surfing which thing can't use by me .she ask sir don't worry i make complain so you get your full balence refund or for other not updated amount i want to call letter.at this time i don't get request no.i am asking her for my undisplayed amount she ask me for this u want to call after some time so she ask me the same thing.

so i m calling after some hour then one agent made my request.

day3

i got call from airtel agent he ask sir you are using this servises... but i am ask one thing sir i am not using this type of servise because i am not fool that airtel gives me gprs in 20 rs perday unlimited and i am using 196.2..then he ask me ok sir i will call you after detail checking..he gives me approx time 3 o clock.

at 3:20 no any call from airtel so i am calling in cust care thrue my other no because they block my custcare at my big problem time.i ask the agent or superviser that the my problem was not solve... they ask your problem was solved here as soon as possible.

i got call from airtel .agent ask me sir i can't give you full balence refund but in "settlement" company gives you 100 rs refund.and i can't understand that why the settlement.which service was not used by me then why the charge me so high?? so now i don't get the other 187rs.

then one more time agent call me from airtel i asked him all the things then he ask me sir i will call you letter

now my problem was not solved till 28 aug.
