Its really disgusting.the customer care executives are not at all good.the kind of response i am getting from them from the past 1 week is really really annoying... firstly its realy difficult to contact them through 121 n after being so patient n getting d call connected the bd response is so damn irritating.always procrasination.i m facing a serious problem.even after activating msg pack of rs.36 local msgs r being charged for a msging on a few numbers.even after complaining i have not found a solution.
