Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Airtel Postpaid Subscriber from Pune District. My phone number is 98600 68148. I shifted from Pre-paid to postpaid in the month of Nov. due to very expensive plan in pre-paid. During this shift - the dealer mentioned that the post-paid charges will be Rs.175/- per month and just described the plan in terms of free calls/sms etc. We asked him the details of differences between pre-paid and post-paid and during this period he never mentioned about additional charges of callin-id ie. CLIP (Rs. 50 per mnth). So my total minimum monthly charges comes to Rs.225/-.
I consider this as cheating and not sales tactics. I want to register a strict action against Airtel for cheating me.
Apart from this, this month's bill contain Rs.50/- "late charge fee", where as I paid my last month charges on time. If I haven't noticed, then this would have been another extra.
Is their any governance model to control such Telephone operators? I want to take a strict action against these people. I am stuck up with this operator due to my Rs.250/- deposit with them when I shifted from Pre-paid to post-paid.
