Every week some Airtel WAP charges amounting to Rs 20 are getting deducted from my airtel number. The customer care executives dont have a solution to it. On receiving the call the executives say that its some technical problem, and that it wont happen next time. But till now it has been 9 times when this charge has been deducted. I think customers are being treated as joke. Withouting asking for such services balances are getting deducted. And when they call customer care to get resolved the issue, they are said it wont be happenning again. But such promises are not kept. I never thought that such kind of problem will happen with AIRTEL. Its better people switch from airtel to some other connections, so that they wont face such problem again.
