Complaint against AIRTEL

Mine is prepaid card and I am using this phone number for last three years.
One fine day I have seen a deduction of Hello tune monthly charge of Rs30/ from my phone. And then
with each call recieving deduction of Rs, 3/ against VAS. Before i could react to this my balance came to zero from Rs, 50-60/.
After making noise with Airtel call center and through email, i could recover Rs, 50/- with better serviceassurance from them.
But again after two days, there was same deductionof Rs, 30/- and my current balance came down to Rs21/- from Rs51/-
After higlightinh the problem, now airtel is justifying the deduction and reluctant to refund.
Their claim is
"As per your Service request number 0901105011, we got confirmation from our back end team that you have been charged correctly for the subscription of Hello Tunes services. Hence, waiver is not applicable."
Hence i appeal to you take appropriate action against them and arrange refund from them.
