Sim card regestration Failed

Dear sir,

I am a user of postpaid no.9890258565 on 28th August my services is discontinue because of less documents, i am already submitted my documents when i am take this connection.

Inspite of that im submitted documents on 29th August at Airtel relationship center at Akola but now more than 10 days my service is still discontinue.

Pls look in to this matter, regarding this im contacted to your customer care service.
