Balance deducting

I am using mobile office for more than 1 year. I always recharge my account with Rs.395, monthly unlimited plan for mobile office. Before some days company has started deducting my balance for using mobile office though i am already using unlimited plan. After many complaints with cc they said that they have reversed my deducted balance in my account and I would never be bothered by such problem. But after one day the problem started again. Kindly help
