Network issue for past 6 months

I have been facing network connectivity issues in my house for the past 6 months. I have given 4 complaint number (s) and have called numerous times to enquire about the resolution for this issue and every time Airtel calls back to check if the issue is fixed and when I say "No" they tell me the network team is working on this.

This has been going on Since January of this year and I have missed a lot of crucial appointments due to this. Whenever I call the helpdesk, all they say is I will leave a note on the complaint form and the concerned team will work on it.

I don’t know if anyone is working on this issue or not however I don’t think a network connectivity issue in a single place for the past 6 months is acceptable. I don’t know if this is how other consumers of Airtel are treated.

27081549 - Complaint given on 23rd Mar

27515818 - Complaint given on 30th May

27632846 - Complaint given on 14th June

28190934 - Complaint given on 23rd Aug

Please note that all of these refer to the same issue and the issue is still open with no resolution. The customer care executives are not bothered if this is closed or not and when i request for someone to come home to check the network connectivity with their device, Airtel says they do not do this. I had the same issue when I came to Bangalore initially in 2005 and someone from Airtel came over to check the network connectivity. Now they are not bothered.

I don’t know if anyone can help me, but i am sure there are other consumers who can relate to the pain i am going through.
