I am using Nokia N72 mobile with an airtel number. I am with this airtel number for the past 4 yrs and have been using their value added services extensively. Whenever i had changed my mobile handset, I have downloaded many songs and wallpapers from airtel live. Today i happened to download a game from airtel live at 12.30 p.m. Initially i had downloaded a game and i was charged Rs.50 before getting installed. Simultaneously, I had tried to download one more game but when i tried, i received a error message from airtel live immediately. Unfortunately i could not download the game but i was unnecessarily charged Rs.50.When i tried calling the customer care, the lines were very busy. I called them at 10.25 p.m and spoke to one Mr. Bala and he is saying that because of my phone compatibility it did not get downloaded. Not only that the game which i downloaded initially i.e virtual fighter is being charged Rs.5 whenever i try to play. This information was not there when i downloaded the game. Airtel, which is being hailed as one of the major telecom operator has also started cheating people in this way and enhancing their earning. Moreover i was not accessible to call their prepaid customer care number for more than a year just because i was complaining their services frequently. For your information i am recharging my number for Rs.700-800 monthly. I want to suit the fellow and the airtel for having cheated my money.
