I have been facing network problem indoors in my Airtel Prepaid since 3 months. I have been using Airtel for last 6 years. But since last 3 months the Customer service is PATHETIC to say the least. I have got 100's of reference nos. but till date no improvement. They said they will install booster, give us 1 weeks time, change your phone, change your sim. I wish i could change my no. but i cant since im using this no for long time. If problem persists i guess ill be forced to change it. I have sent mails to Airtel Customer Service & Nodal officers and forwarded mail to Sunil Mittal too.
Could anyone guide me on how to file a case / complaint against Airtel
