Wrong bill generated and misbehave of customer care executive

Airtel is busy in making new customer nobody is there to handle the complaints of my wrong bill generation... I compain several times but did not receive any response from customer care executive even they cut the phone... I don't why such a big brand in the market is giving its customer care support to such a poor companies
